My stay at the hotel was quite challenging. Upon arrival, despite having all confirmation details, I faced significant issues with my booking, which left me frustrated and without a room for over two hours. On a positive note, the room itself was spacious and comfortable, matching the quality of some higher-end hotels. However, the poor service and handling of my reservation made this less than ideal.
My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. Checking in was a nightmare as there was no reservation found despite my printed and mobile vouchers. After over two hours of waiting, I had to pay for the room out of pocket, which was incredibly frustrating. The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout the ordeal. However, I did find the room spacious and well-appointed, which was a silver lining amidst all the issues.
I had an unfortunate experience at this hotel, which really left a bad taste. Even though the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, the service was far from acceptable. After a long journey, things went downhill as the staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful, causing significant delays with our check-in. The location in the old business center is decent, but it can't make up for the numerous negatives during my stay.
